Our property websites are easy to manage from any internet connected PC. See for yourself with this demo version of the administration interface.


This is an example of a containing sales only. A letting database would operate in a much the same way, but with come extra field eg available from, furnished for not etc.

The Property database is designed and hosted individually on a per client basis. This means the design is bespoke and not restricted by a common structure shared by many agents.

For example, if parking in an important issue in your area, they you may require a box (and/or search field) to be selected if off road parking is available with that property.

Please note, the give example does not have a title or overview for each property. These are examples of fields which may easily be added.

Notes:

  1. A property can be defined as "featured", this means it is displayed on the homepage. However you may use other criteria to define what is shown on the homepage. For example the 5 or so latest additions There could be other logic to this, for example the most recent additions over a certain value in certain areas. Letting sites could show the next 5 or so properties to be available by date.
  2. Let or sold properties can be shown on the website.
  3. Properties can be removed from the site without deleting them completely. This is useful for lettings sites for the next time the property is to be marketed.
