How it works

Visitors to your site may register for property updates by just submitting their email address. By default, they will receive all new properties, but have the option of filtering this in the same why they search for properties on the site, i.e. price range, property location etc.

When you add a new property to the database, be default it is flagged to be sent in the next mail shot. When one or more properties have been added, you can, by the click on one button, compare all the mailing list subscribers to the new properties.

The flag to 'send in next mail shot', is then reset for each property. This way, each property is only sent once to each subscriber. The flag may also be manually set and reset on a per property basis. This is particular useful for lettings sites which need to inform subscribers if an existing property becomes available again.
